A drought has lasted for more than a Turn in the Fortian region. Although cold, the weather remains dry, with very little snowfall. The water-level in the lake is low, and the lower caverns are now rationing non-essential water (for bathing, laundry, et cetera).

    GMT-6 (or -5 depending on the time of year it is).   That is CST for all you in the USA.

    EST.  Though I think it's technically called EDT during the summer because of daylight savings or some crap.

    GMT here too - although it's technically BST at this time of year.

    EST is 5 hours behind us for all bar a week or two around clock-change time.

    I was born and raised in EST. :P

    But now that I'm away at college, I'm technically MST (UTC -7).

    However, unlike the rest of you guys, Arizona (barring the Navajo Nation in the Northeast) does not observe daylights savings time. ;P So I never lose an hour of sleep in the spring! -dances-
